Well here we are. Three hundred and sixty five plus some portraits of my girls. A heartfelt thankyou to my sweetpea chickadees who patiently & tirelessly allowed me to stick a lens in their world every day for a year. Oh how I love you. And to my love William who kept me going on those days when I lamented this project. I feel like I've dissolved a long held belief I've had about myself, that I rarely complete anything. I can put that one to rest. Pat on the back You. I feel like I should say something else, something profound about the experience, but really I have no words right now.

You had a ball taking off all the decorations you could reach. Our tree ended up naked from the waist down & top heavy with out of reach decorations.

For so long now you've wanted a long, floaty nightie just like the one Laura Ingalls would have worn. For days I searched high & low, but in the end it was a Mama made one.

Summer snow! For a few days each summer the lilly pilly showers us with soft, creamy petals. It has that quietness of snow falling except for the humming of the bees high in it's branches.
