With a new moon upon us and Autumn entering her final days I am reminded in very subtle ways to slow down, reflect and breathe. The gentle colours of the bush, the bold colours of the street trees, the sound of leaves crunching underfoot, lengthening shadows, the smell of woodsmoke, fading afternoon sunshine on my face and the breeze speaking through the trees seem to infuse my days with a beautiful rhythm. I love this steady slowing as we head towards winter and all the colours, smells, tastes and sounds it brings with it. I hope you too are enjoying a slow and steady rhythm wherever you may be.
